Spanning 200 square meters over two thoughtfully designed levels, Aurea Luxury Beach Villa offers a harmonious blend of open-plan living and peaceful privacy. The ground floor features a spacious, sunlit interior where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together in one seamless, inviting space.

A 65” smart TV anchors the cozy lounge area, while large windows fill the space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and full-sized fridge and oven — making it easy to prepare anything from relaxed breakfasts to full summer dinners. On the same level, three elegant bedrooms provide soft beds, quiet ambiance, and restful sleep. Upstairs, two serene master suites each open to their own private balcony — ideal spots for reading, reflecting, or enjoying a quiet morning.

For convenience and longer stays, the villa includes a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
